The nutrition data comes from the sources below and is kept on our server, not in the app. Search text is sent to our server; diary entries stay on your device. Nutrition values are estimates. Check the product, preparation and quantity before saving.

Changes: country and quality filtering, selected nutrition columns, normalized search names, names shortened to 200 characters, and quantity calculations. Missing nutrients remain unknown. The adapted combined catalog is available under ODbL 1.0; the BLS component retains its CC BY 4.0 attribution and the Swiss Food Composition Database component its source attribution. Downloads contain no diary records or search queries.
